Every device we ship is covered for 12 months against hardware faults, and you have 14 days to return it if it isn't right for you. No fine-print games.
What's covered
- Battery faults and abnormal battery drain
- Screen defects not caused by accidental damage
- Camera, speaker and microphone faults
- Face ID and sensor failures
- Charging and connectivity faults
- Mainboard and hardware failures
What isn't
- Accidental damage, drops or cracked glass
- Liquid or water damage
- Damage from unauthorised repairs
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Theft or loss
Accidental damage isn't covered by the warranty — but our Dubai technicians can usually repair it quickly. Ask us for a quote.
14-day returns
Changed your mind? Return the device within 14 days of delivery, undamaged with all accessories, and we'll refund you in full or exchange it for another model. Return shipping is free within the UAE; for international orders we'll quote the return cost before you send it back.
